Hourly rental $20 first hour, $15 each additional hour

Youth sports teams practicing under

supervision of coach - Hourly rental $10 first hour, $15 each additional hour

For-profit organizations (circus, pro-wrestlers, etc.) $200 plus $100 refundable facility deposit

(Gym is not generally available for public rentals before 5 PM on weekdays due to offices located in building)

Park Community Center

12-hour rental (10 AM - 10 PM) $200 plus $100 refundable facility deposit

4-hour rental $120 plus $100 refundable facility deposit

2-hour rental $ 60 plus $100 refundable facility deposit

Instruction/classes (dance, exercise, etc.)

(weekdays only) 50/50 income split with City

Weekday use by senior citizen groups, club
